Payment and Cancellation Policy:
- Order Placement: Please place your order at least 14 days prior to your event.
- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required upon order placement.
- Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due five days before your event
Cancellation Refunds:
- Full Refund: For cancellations made at least 5 days before the event.
- 75% Refund: For cancellations made at least 2 days before the event.
- No Refund: For cancellations made within 24 hours of the event.
