Smoked Gouda Turkey Meatball Sub Sandwich
Ingredients:
Smoked Gouda Turkey Meatballs (pre-cooked)
1 French baguette or sub roll
Marinara sauce (warmed)
Sliced provolone or mozzarella cheese
Fresh basil leaves (optional)
Butter (for toasting)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the baguette or sub roll lengthwise but not all the way through. Lightly butter the inside and toast until golden.
- Warm the meatballs in the marinara sauce on the stovetop.
- Fill the toasted bread with meatballs and top with marinara sauce.
- Layer slices of provolone or mozzarella cheese on top.
- Place the sandwich on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves (optional) and serve.
Chicken Piccata Meatballs with Lemon Butter Pasta
Ingredients:
Chicken Piccata Meatballs (pre-cooked)
8 oz linguine or spaghetti
3 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic (minced)
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup white wine or chicken broth
2 tbsp capers
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add lemon juice, white wine (or chicken broth), and capers. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the lemon butter sauce.
- Add warmed chicken piccata meatballs on top of the pasta.

3. Garlic Parmesan Meatballs over Creamy Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients:
Garlic Parmesan Meatballs (pre-cooked)
4 large potatoes (peeled and diced)
1/2 cup milk or heavy cream
3 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh chives (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and mash.
- Mix in milk, butter, salt, and pepper until creamy. Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Heat the meatballs according to package instructions.
- Plate the mashed potatoes and top with garlic parmesan meatballs.
- Garnish with fresh chives and serve.

Ingredients:
Salmon Meatballs (pre-cooked)
2 cups sushi rice (cooked and seasoned with rice vinegar)
1 cup cubed fresh pineapple or mango
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cucumber (sliced into ribbons)
1 avocado (sliced)
Soy sauce or poke sauce for drizzling
Sesame seeds and chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Divide sushi rice into bowls as the base.
- Arrange pineapple, carrots, cucumber, and avocado around the rice.
- Add warmed salmon meatballs to the bowl.
- Drizzle with soy sauce or poke sauce.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions for garnish. Serve immediately.
