Smoked Gouda Turkey Meatball Sub Sandwich

Ingredients:

Smoked Gouda Turkey Meatballs (pre-cooked)

1 French baguette or sub roll

Marinara sauce (warmed)

Sliced provolone or mozzarella cheese

Fresh basil leaves (optional)

Butter (for toasting)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the baguette or sub roll lengthwise but not all the way through. Lightly butter the inside and toast until golden.
  3. Warm the meatballs in the marinara sauce on the stovetop.
  4. Fill the toasted bread with meatballs and top with marinara sauce.
  5. Layer slices of provolone or mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Place the sandwich on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil leaves (optional) and serve.

Chicken Piccata Meatballs with Lemon Butter Pasta

Ingredients:

Chicken Piccata Meatballs (pre-cooked)

8 oz linguine or spaghetti

3 tbsp unsalted butter

2 cloves garlic (minced)

Juice of 1 lemon

1/4 cup white wine or chicken broth

2 tbsp capers

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add lemon juice, white wine (or chicken broth), and capers. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Toss the cooked pasta in the lemon butter sauce.
  5. Add warmed chicken piccata meatballs on top of the pasta.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

3. Garlic Parmesan Meatballs over Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

Garlic Parmesan Meatballs (pre-cooked)

4 large potatoes (peeled and diced)

1/2 cup milk or heavy cream

3 tbsp butter

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh chives (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and mash.
  2. Mix in milk, butter, salt, and pepper until creamy. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  3. Heat the meatballs according to package instructions.
  4. Plate the mashed potatoes and top with garlic parmesan meatballs.
  5. Garnish with fresh chives and serve.

 Salmon Meatballs in a Poke Bowl

Ingredients:

Salmon Meatballs (pre-cooked)

2 cups sushi rice (cooked and seasoned with rice vinegar)

1 cup cubed fresh pineapple or mango

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/2 cucumber (sliced into ribbons)

1 avocado (sliced)

Soy sauce or poke sauce for drizzling

Sesame seeds and chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Divide sushi rice into bowls as the base.
  2. Arrange pineapple, carrots, cucumber, and avocado around the rice.
  3. Add warmed salmon meatballs to the bowl.
  4. Drizzle with soy sauce or poke sauce.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions for garnish. Serve immediately.

Shrimp Meatball Cobb Salad

Ingredients:

Shrimp Meatballs (pre-cooked)

4 cups mixed greens (romaine, spinach, or arugula)

1 avocado (diced)

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles

2 hard-boiled eggs (sliced)

1/4 cup cooked bacon bits

Ranch or vinaigrette dressing

Instructions:

  1. Arrange the mixed greens on a large serving plate or individual bowls.
  2. Top with avocado, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese, hard-boiled eggs, and bacon bits.
  3. Add warmed shrimp meatballs on top.
