Refund and Return Policy
At BrightEyes Catering, we strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations. Since our products are made to order and designed to be enjoyed fresh, we only accept returns within 24 hours of receipt. If your product does not meet your satisfaction, please contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate your needs.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your item. It must be in the same condition you received it, and we require the receipt or proof of purchase.
Starting a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at Brighteyescateringllc@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If you find it defective, damaged, or incorrect, please reach out immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items, custom orders, or personal care goods. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
For the fastest resolution, return the item you have and place a new order for the item you want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For shipments to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. The item must be in its original condition, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if a refund is approved. If so, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
