BrightEyes Catering traces its roots back to snowy days in Tennessee, where my love for cooking blossomed alongside my mother. Those quiet moments spent in the warmth of our kitchen—flipping through cookbooks and creating dishes from scratch—ignited my passion for culinary creativity.

One of my fondest memories is learning to make wontons, a recipe that taught me that cooking is about more than just following instructions; it's about bringing joy to others. My mother’s fearless approach in the kitchen inspired me to elevate traditional recipes, turning simple dishes into extraordinary experiences.

Today, that spirit of innovation drives BrightEyes Catering. Whether I’m crafting my signature Smoked Gouda Turkey Meatballs or designing a luxurious charcuterie board, I focus on using the finest ingredients and no shortcuts. I identified a gap in the market for flavorful turkey appetizers, leading me to create meatballs that are juicy, bold, and packed with fresh, gourmet flavors.
